Hello and welcome to Some Assembly Required. This is a new podcast about the brand new game from Bandai, Gundam Assemble.

SPEAKER_02 0:34

We're just three nerdy tabletop gaming friends who live in the SF Bay area who love mobile suits and all things Gundam. And so we decided to start this podcast to share our love of the Gundam universe and tabletop gaming in general with all of you.

SPEAKER_00 0:48

We also enjoy modeling and painting, gaming and collecting, uh, as well as the Gundam Universe. We will be exploring all of these things in the coming episodes.

SPEAKER_01 1:00

As the listener, you can expect news, rules, new releases, army building tips, tactics, and actual gameplay from Gundam Assemble.

SPEAKER_00 1:09

We're going to drop our first episode on November 9th, 2026. We'll be taking a look at the brand new game, the starter set that you can buy, and why everybody should pick up this game. We'll be releasing episodes going forwards every other Monday, so subscribe to find out more.

SPEAKER_01 1:27

And of course, for all the diehard Gundam fans out there, we will of course be covering Gunpla and modeling.

SPEAKER_02 1:32

Mark your calendars for the release of the first episode of Sum Assembly Required on the 9th of November.

SPEAKER_00 1:37

Whether you're building your next Gumpla, commanding mobile suits on the tabletop, or arguing about which Gundam would actually win a fight.
